Domestic property developer launches another housing investment

Euro-dom won the tender for two historic tenement houses on Wybrzeże Wyspiańskiego. The company paid PLN 5.775m for two three-story tenements, even though the starting price was PLN 2.151m. According to Euro-dom, the area is a perfect investment  location, mainly due to the proximity of recreational lands and the city center, good communication, as well as beautiful views.  
The investor plans to start the redevelopment of the buildings in spring next year. The works will be completed in 18 months. The cost of the investment and number of planned apartments is unknown due to the lack of an architectural concept. "We are waiting for the building conditions," says Agnieszka Berska of Euro-dom. "The cost of one square meter will be at least PLN 10 000," adds Elżbieta Moszkowska-Kowalew, the President of the company.
Elżbieta Moszkowska-Kowalew: "We want this to be exceptional architecture, and that's why we're organizing a contest for architects in the autumn. We will be glad to see concepts combining the new with the old, stylish architecture with modern materials."

This is Euro-dom's next investment in residential. The company is an investor in the Silesia complex on ul. Jagiełły, and in Rezydencja Leopoldinum on ul. Zyndrama z Maszkowic.
"Our motto is "constructing Wrocław for connoisseurs", says  Agnieszka Berska. "Most houses in Poland do not meet standards present in the West. Our aim is to create conditions for foreign customers which they are accustomed to," says Moszkowska-Kowalew.

Still in July and in August the administrative district of Wrocław plans to open tenders for more real estate, including plots of land situated on ul. Wołowska, Rejtana and in Maks Born's square.
